Why did we start?

Simply stated, I was tired of buying expensive candles with tons of unpronounceable ingredients. In my hubris, I assumed I could do better. After a few years of practice I now make candles that meet my own expectations.

What is different about Smelly Goods?

Honestly? Nothing. Every candle is hand poured and the wick is hand placed right here in my garage. I focus on simple clean designs. You won't find any sculpture here.

What we do that is unique is custom products and labels. You can create and customize a scent and a label for your business or special event.

Candle Parties

We are launching candle parties this year. Do you have a group of friends that wants to get together and create your own candles and scents? Do you want to force your spouse to attend said event? We can come to you and set up, entertain, and help you have a blast.

I am partial, but we are pretty fun!
